I’m a psychologist, a mediator and a coach with many years of experience.
I mainly work with adolescents and young adults, but I also support their parents and families.
In therapy I use integrative approach, based on humanistic psychology as well as adapting methods from other psychological schools or trends such as cognitive psychology, dance and movement therapy, neuropsychology etc.
I offer individual therapy meetings aimed at:
– help in coping with emotional, psychological and/or social difficulties;
– supporting clients to deal with stress and crisis;
– supporting individual development;
– helping parents to understand and communicate with their adolescent children.
Cost of 50-minute session:
first appointment – 250 PLN
following appointments – 250 PLN
